LiveSky great danes

LiveSky Great Danes Reg'd. (Fawn and Brindle)

We are a young, home based, family kennel situated in Lloydminster, AB -known as 'Canada's only border city', right on the Alberta/Saskatchewan border.

The name 'LiveSky', was derived from using our names: Olivia  and Skyler, and also because we are located along the border of `the land of the living skys`.

We strive for superior quality *not quantity*, to produce healthy, well-socialized, sound in structure and temperament Great Danes, for show and companionship.
We have the support of many wonderful, very knowledgeable long-time breeders and mentors behind us.

All of our dogs are first and foremost respected and cherished members of our family. They are our `kids in fur coats`.

I am a member, in good standing, with both the Canadian Kennel Club and the Great Dane Club of Canada.

My love and passion for Great danes began when I was very young, (about 9 years old). After spending time with my Aunt and Uncles danes of
Zajobi Great Danes, as a child, I was fascinated with their incredible size and gentle-giant personality. That is where my passion developed... And I knew that someday when I `grew-up`, I would have my own danes.

My dreams finally became a reality when we got out first dane , a fawn male, Brody. (an early xmas gift from my husband)
One definitely wasn't enough for us, and we soon added to our family, a gorgeous fawn female show prospect.
And haven't looked back...

“A dog has no use for fancy cars, big homes, or designer clothes. A stick will do just fine. A dog doesn't care if you're rich or poor, clever or dull, smart or dumb. Give him your heart and he'll give you his. How many people can you say that about? How many people can make you feel rare and pure and special? How many people can make you feel extraordinary?”
